The opportunity: To be a successful Business Development Manager to manage and grow an entire region in Australia.  Someone who is a solution seller who wants to make a massive change in their career by joining a technology leader in their field. Location: Sydney 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Identifying potential new business and nurturing to become developed and established relationships. 
  • Establish client upsell and cross sell opportunities with restaurant groups.
  • Articulate the growth strategy for your region.
  • Recognise partnership opportunities.
  • Foster strong client relationships to drive both client and business success and revenue.
  • Communicate and work closely with the business to initiate new ways to increase company growth and exposure.
  • Holding strong in the value of data, persistence and a genuine belief in the company's success. 
  • Regular reporting and communication with HQ.

  • Experience over-achieving on your sales KPIs.
  • Bring a growth mindset constantly looking for new ways to improve and supercharge the existing process. 
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or partnerships desired. 
  • Experience generating deals through cold calls, pounding the pavement and building relationships from scratch.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Solution Seller attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and passion to be successful!
  • Existing relationships in the hospitality industry preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and growth mindset with sound business judgement. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, charm, and charisma.
  • Ability to converse at a single store and multinational brand level. 
  • Previous knowledge and an interest in blockchain technology preferred but not essential.
  • Excited to be part of a start up with huge growth potential and a clear vision.
