The Opportunity:
To manage a key portfolio of brands, developing strategies and recommendations for your clients websites that achieve core e-commerce goals and objectives. This is an ideal role for a detail-orientated self-starter who comes from a client service background within media, marketing or a SaaS business. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology, commercially aware and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Location: Sydney

Key Responsibilities:
Meet customer success outcomes by:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and building a positive client experience, cross-selling and up-selling business offerings.
  • Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
  • Driving new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a client-servicing role.
  • A strong awareness of digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketing technology.
  • An empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Positive personality and interested in e-Commerce.
