The Opportunity:  To manage a portfolio of blue-chip clients within a fast-growing technology company as a Customer Success Manager. This is an ideal role for a detail-orientated self-starter who comes from a client service background within media agency, marketing or technology. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology, commercially aware, data-driven and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet customer success outcomes by:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and building a positive client experience, cross-selling and up-selling business offerings.
  • Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
  • Driving new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.

  • 2-5 years of experience in a client-servicing role.
  • An empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Commercial awareness: demonstrated ability to identify opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Positive personality and interested in e-Commerce.
