- Build effective client relationships, act as the day-to-day client partner and trusted adviser to identify business challenges and solutions.

- Work will focus on delivering Digital Web projects but an understanding of media, content, marketing automation, analytics and digital will be needed.

- Experience within the financial services and insurance industries (FSI) - huge bonus.
- 8+ years experience working within either agency or client-side.
- Experience in Digital and web marketing strategy is essential, media and/or other channels would be a bonus.
- Experience managing digital projects including website & platform build, UI/UX, automation and digital assets creation
- Highly organised, detail-orientated, strong relationship management, leadership, problem solver and facilitator.
