The Opportunity: Be a part of a dynamic Ad Tech company with a great culture of learning. As Senior Account Manager, this individual will proactively manage and support publisher clients and partner agencies across APAC to drive programmatic and revenue growth. This individual needs to be able to breakdown complex technology and explain it with simplicity, as well as liaise with anyone ranging from an analyst to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with publishers to drive programmatic adoption and sales.
- Partner with agencies, trading desks, DSPs and other programmatic buyers to grow revenue.
- Oversee buyer trends with regular reporting and identify upside opportunities.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with consulting and training partners on programmatic.
- High level experience of client facing and consultative role.
- Relevant adtech / programmatic experience in an advertising company, preferably with an RTB-focused or an online publishing company.
- Demonstrated skills in revenue generation and customer service.
- Consistently delivers against revenue targets.
- A Team-player, risk-taker, and great problem-solver.
- Ability to take accountability, work under pressure, set and meet deadlines
