The Opportunity:  To manage a portfolio of Tier 1 clients within a fast-growing Digital Media Quality leader in Adtech as a Senior Customer Success Manager. This is an ideal role for a detail-orientated self-starter who comes from a strong client service background within media agency, marketing or technology. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales and Technical Client Services to successfully cement strong relationships with key senior level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Meet customer success outcomes by:
  • Managing a portfolio of tier 1 clients and building a positive client experience, cross-selling and up-selling business offerings.
  • Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.
  • Driving new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
  • Develop a trusted partner relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors, fostering regular, impactful engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a client-servicing role - Adtech, Programmatic, DSP, SSP, or programmatic agency experience a ++.
  • An empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Commercial awareness: demonstrated ability to identify opportunities within your portfolio.
  • Excellent track record of engaging, managing and negotiating with clients resulting in business retention, increased revenue and growing a portfolio
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Positive, engaging and motivated personality and interested in e-Commerce.
