Location: Sydney
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Tag and action implementation concerns, issues related to reporting and data feeds.
  • Reviewing and collating performance data on request to ensure proper implementation, delivery & ultimately improving client performance.
  • Ability to extract data that is not accessible via the platform but that is easy to pull from CRM.
Qualifications:                     
  • 2-5 years experience in first level support.
  • A history of customer support and helping them achieve their desired outcomes; ideally in ad ops, technical services, or business operations/program management capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven success in addressing and solving technical issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully communicate, present and advise clients through excellent written, verbal and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or JavaScript.
