Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact between Clients, internal Product Managers, and the Delivery team to provide guidance on all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Create processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process with a focus on agile methodologies.
- Manage project scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Manage a team including data migration analysts, customer onboarding managers.
Experience:
- 5+ years in Project Management
- Background in a high growth technology business or digital consultancy.
- Experience with PM tools such as Monday.com, Asana or Basecamp for example.
- Team Management experience
