Lead and scale the organic content engine for a fast-growing founder-led business, driving measurable growth across Digital and Social channels.

The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded and execution-focused Head of Content to join a high-growth founder-led business and take ownership of its entire organic content ecosystem. This role will lead content strategy, production, distribution, community engagement and performance measurement across both the founder’s personal brand and the wider business channels. You’ll build and scale a high-performing content engine across short-form and long-form formats - creating content that not only drives reach and engagement, but directly contributes to lead generation and revenue growth. This is a highly hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands modern content consumption behaviour and knows how to turn content into measurable business impact.

Location: Australia-based (100% Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the organic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Lead the ideation, scripting and production of high-volume short-form content including Reels, TikToks and Shorts.
  • Plan and oversee long-form content including YouTube videos, interviews and podcasts.
  • Build scalable repurposing frameworks to maximise content output across platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end content production pipeline including shoots, editing, publishing and asset management.
  • Optimise YouTube and podcast content for discovery, engagement and subscriber growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to align organic and paid content strategies.
  • Build reporting frameworks tying content performance to leads, funnel conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Recruit and mentor a small in-house content team over time.
Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in senior content, creator-led growth or personal brand management roles.
  • Proven success scaling organic channels across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of both short-form and long-form content strategy and production.
  • Experience building content operations from ideation through to measurement and optimisation.
  • Strong storytelling, editorial and creative instincts.
  • Experience working closely with founders or on-camera talent.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube growth, SEO and content distribution strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect content performance to commercial outcomes.
  • Experience managing freelancers, creators or distributed production teams.
