About the role
UX & UI Designers shape the visual identity, usability, and overall experience of digital products. Combining creativity, user understanding, and problem-solving to deliver designs that feel intuitive and engaging.

Key Duties & Accountabilities
UX and UI roles focus on designing user-centred digital experiences through research, prototyping, visual design, and continuous usability optimisation.
- Conduct user research to understand behaviour and needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for clarity.
- Develop polished UI designs with strong visual consistency.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and components.

- Present design concepts and rationale to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and researchers.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design across devices.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions.
