Head of Marketing
Unique opportunity for the first Head of Marketing to continue the fast paced growth through paid ads, organic marketing and content strategies.
The Opportunity: Join a high-growth, founder-led business focused on scaling via digital channels. You’ll own full-funnel marketing strategy and execution, govern significant ad spend, and be accountable for scaling sustainable, profitable acquisition while protecting a high-performing organic engine. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, lead a small core team and external partners, and set the roadmap for paid and organic acquisition across multiple platforms.
Location: Australia-based (100% remote / work‑from‑anywhere within Australia preferred)

Who Are You:
- Demonstrable experience building and scaling organic content programs - from long-form episodic content to high-velocity short-form — that drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and measurable funnel conversion.
- Experience in growth / paid performance marketing
- Demonstrable ownership of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution, CRO and marketing analytics
- Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams and external contractors; comfortable hiring, mentoring and running performance reviews
- Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn advertising, GA4/analytics, tag management, tracking & attribution tools, CRM systems and landing page/funnel builders
- Data-first mindset with strong analytics fluency (Excel/SQL or equivalent) and the ability to design experiments and interpret dashboards
- Excellent communicator who can translate metrics into strategy and present to senior stakeholders
- Commercially accountable: experienced in media planning, forecasting, bidding strategy, audience & creative testing and optimising to CPL/CPA/ROAS targets
- Collaborative: able to align paid and organic strategies, coordinate creative production and protect founder/creator or brand-facing channels
- You’re entrepreneurial, pragmatic and delivery-focused in a fast-moving environment
- You value teamwork, transparency and shared ownership over individual recognition
- You’re disciplined about testing, measurement and creative velocity and enjoy mentoring a compact, high-impact team
- You care about sustainable growth and reducing channel concentration risk by integrating paid and organic efforts
