Performance Digital Media Manager for Award-winning Independent Agency

The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded Performance Manager to join one of Australia’s leading independent media agencies. Working across a portfolio of ambitious brands, you’ll be responsible for driving measurable campaign performance across Paid Search and broader digital media channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on trading capability, strategic thinking and confidence managing client relationships. You’ll work closely with senior marketers and internal teams to deliver campaigns that create real business impact.
Location: Sydney (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise digital media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and other digital channels.
- Drive campaign performance, efficiency and growth through ongoing optimisation and testing.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Communicate performance outcomes and recommendations directly with clients.
- Contribute to media strategy, planning and cross-channel campaign development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality integrated campaigns.
- 2-4 years experience in digital media or performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience across Paid Search (experience in either Paid Social and/or Programmatic would be very beneficial)
- Agency experience highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident presenting campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
- Highly organised, proactive and adaptable.
