Key Duties & Accountabilities

UX and UI roles focus on designing user-centred digital experiences through research, prototyping, visual design, and continuous usability optimisation.
  • Conduct user research to understand behaviour and needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for clarity.
  • Develop polished UI designs with strong visual consistency.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and components.
  • Test usability and refine product experiences based on insights.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and researchers.
  • Ensure accessibility and responsive design across devices.
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions.
  • Support continuous improvements to UX and interface quality.
