Our referral program just got better! – Our new transparent referral process

As many of our candidates are aware, we have made ‘refer a friend’ a big part of our recruitment process, and as such have paid out sizable referral rewards of up to $2,500. As of this week, we are going one step further in terms of what we deliver to our candidate and referral network.

So what’s new for our referrers?

1. Transparency – Our new system now keeps you informed about the progress of a referral
2. Ease of use – The ability to refer a role to a friend straight from our job board.
3. Compatibility – don’t worry, you don’t have to use the referral platform! If you would like to refer by email or phone, keep doing so. This technology will log it in your account for you!
4. Dashboard – The new technology we have implemented shows you what is going on with your candidate referrals. You can manage your applications and subscriptions here too, but this blog post is about referrals!
